Established in 2005 and with over 25 years experience as a specialist facade contractor within the building facade industry, 
AW Facades offer clients a first class professional service.


Every project is unique and over the years we have risen to many a challenge but have always overcome and conquered. It is this unknown element within the building facade industry that makes every day so varied and interesting and we welcome new and innovative creations.


With an excellent reputation in reliability and professionalism we have continued to expand our portfolio with an impressive array of projects and clientelle. We only work with partners and suppliers that we know and trust, giving the client even more piece of mind.

Accreditations

We are a FENSA registered company which means all our products comply with current building regulations and thermal performance standards. We are members of Construction Online and The Centre for Window & Cladding Technology (CWCT) and we adhere to UK and European regulations.

Our approach

  1. We join at design stage to resolve buildability, cost and compliance risks before they reach site.

  2. Structural, thermal and movement calculations done in-house, with systems tested to [CWCT / BS 8414] before fabrication.

  3. Units fabricated and QA-checked off site, not improvised on it. 20000 m² delivered across 20 UK projects to date.

  4. A named contact, full O&M records and warranty backing for the life of the façade, not just until handover.
